    OK, this is something I'll bring up with management and see if we can have this cleared up, don't shoot people/occupied vehicles without having some form of initiation or roleplay that allows for it.     @LinNil04 we no longer have the rule where you can open fire on tyres before initiating, you must always initiate before firing at someone or their occupied vehicle. @Rabbith did you die in this situation?

    Hi @Rabbith We require a longer video to prove that there is no prior initiation, we'd need a very clear picture that you were not being actively followed, nor had you been initiated on prior to this clip to be able to process this report.

    you have to also consider value of life, people shouldnt just be able to drive around in fights and be compensated, it needs to be clear they had a purpose for being there, and that they werent just not valuing their life at all. but otherwise, +1
