Community Rules

1.1 Trolling:

Trolling in TeamSpeak channels and/or in-game is prohibited. Trolling in-game can include playing music down your microphone with the intention of annoying people, running around with no intention of roleplaying, or running in front of vehicles. Trolling in TeamSpeak can include linking vulgar websites, playing soundboards in channels where people do not welcome them, etc.

1.2 Advertising:

This includes but is not limited to:

• Using any of our platforms to advertise any server, community, company, product, or service is not permitted.
• Advertising Next Level Gaming on any other website, server, or community.

1.3 Malicious Attacks:

Attempting to interrupt any Next Level Gaming network by using malicious methods (Denial of Service, etc.) is not tolerated. Suspected activities will be reported to our providers who maintain our network infrastructure.

1.4 Verbal Abuse:

Aggressive behavior intended to cause fear, distress, or harm to another person's emotions, self-esteem, or reputation will result in a permanent ban.

1.5 Personal Attacks:

This includes but is not limited to:

• Making malicious threats against another community member.
• Sharing private information, personal accounts, or personal photographs of another community member without prior consent.

1.6 Common Sense:

This is self-explanatory; if you don't have common sense, you might as well not play here.

1.7 Cheating & Hacking:

Using scripts or modifications that change the functionality of your game is forbidden. Attempting to use or using any unauthorized 'enhancement' will result in a permanent ban.

1.8 Exploiting:

Attempting to use any kind of in-game mechanic for personal gain or disruption. Examples include duplicating equipment or money, looking through walls, or using vehicles to alter the effects of smoke.

1.9 Illegal Activity:

Do not use any Next Level Gaming service to carry out activities considered illegal in your country of residence or within the United Kingdom, Ireland, or the United States of America.

1.10 Impersonation:

Intentionally impersonating another member of the community or group without consent is prohibited. This includes all community members, groups, and staff.

1.11 Trading:

Trading any form of in-game assets for anything considered to have monetary value is not tolerated. This includes but is not limited to real-life currency, cryptocurrencies, or valued game items such as skins and crates.

1.12 Language:

As this is a UK Roleplay Community, we request that you only speak or write in English to prevent confusion for other players.

1.13 Discrimination:

Next Level Gaming does not tolerate discrimination based on but not limited to gender, skin colour, nationality, age, disabilities, religion, or sexual orientation.

1.14 Age:

To comply with GDPR regulations, players using any Next Level Gaming service must be 13 years of age or older. Parental consent may waive this rule but may require a valid copy of a parent/guardian's photo ID.

10.1 Any person with TeamSpeak tags that allow them to join channels they aren't intended to join must ask for permission to be able to join.

10.2 Voice changers are not allowed in any of the public channels.

10.3 Trolling, Toxicity, Bullying and annoying to anybody on Teamspeak is not tolerated.

10.4 Music bots are allowed as long as they aren't causing any chaos.

10.5 Changing your name to something that may be offensive,is offensive to anyone, or impersonating anyone is not allowed.

10.6 Avatars -Please do not use offensive avatars on the Teamspeak.

12.1 Please do not use a name on the forums that may be considered abusive/offensive.

12.2 Do not post anything on the forums if it may be considered offensive to others. seek staff approval if you are not sure if content is appropriate.

12.3 Spamming - Spamming forum posts or attempting to bump your posts is not tolerated at all.

12.4 Appeals/Reports/Compensation Requests- Please do not post on any report a players, unban appeals or compensation requests unless requested by a Staff Member or you are involved in the situation,This will result in an instant punishment

12.5 Trolling, Toxicity, Bullying and Doxing to anybody on Forums is not tolerated, If its happening to you please Inform a staff member instantly to be able to take action

13.1 Disrespecting staff members is not allowed, staff members are volunteers and you should respect their time and effort they are putting in.

13.2 Decisions made by staff are final and not to be questioned.

13.3 Do not spam any of the staff members on the forums or TeamSpeak, this may cause your problem or issue to be delayed, staff members deal with stuff when they have the time for it.

13.4 Accusing a staff member of abuse without any evidence is disrespectful and can result in a ban. If you have a report that you wanna do on a staff member please fill in a report and a Staff Lead+ will deal with it

13.5 If a Staff member is caught abusing his/her power with clear evidence and no clear reasoning, they will be punished depending on the severity.
